I was shopping for a new car and had heard good things about Norm Reeves. Well I guess people were talking about the one up north because after a lot of back and forth I walked away. They seemed ready to beat a written offer from another dealer but they wouldn't budget on the dealer added options. Eventually telling me it wasn't worth it for them to beat another dealers quote. Let not get into the fact the car had significant wheel damage as well as a damaged side wall on a brand new 2026 civic type R. They pushed me thru several salesmen, I can only guess thinking I might cave under the pressure. Sorry but high stress is where I thrive. I am not an emotional buyer and not willing to pay market adjustments on a civic. The experience as a whole might have turned me off to the brand in general.

Excellent experience when I took my car to service center. Hannah Martinez was the person that helped me and she was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

John Beck is the best. Very professional, very accommodating and very responsive. He’s the reason I go back to this dealership for my car service. 10 out of 10!

Today I was at the dealership in Vista getting my rear brakes done. The service tech, Hannah Martinez was wonderful. She is Professional, kind and compassionate. She listened to me and I appreciate that.

Very pleasant experience. They all worked as a team, not like a bunch of individuals. Very good vibe and friendly. Dealership is clean and spacious. They even have an area to entertain the little ones.

Everything was awesome. Couldn’t find my appointment when I first pulled in but they still took my car in. Hannah my service advisor was awesome and found my appointment. She was friendly, helpful and very professional! The wait time was short and I was back on the road with just a small cost of an air filter!!! Have to share a super positive experience I had with John Beck at this Norm Reeves Honda in Vista. I was leaving work and my CR-V’s kill switch randomly went off, causing the wheel to lock and the care to be unusable. It also drained the battery. The car was towed to the dealership and I was eager to figure out the issue and get out of there asap. John helped me right away, explained to me, a car-illiterate person, what the likely cause of the problem was, and made sure to thoroughly check for other issues. He also printed me a guide he made that I could keep in my dash should the kill switch ever go off again. He was kind, attentive, and made me feel like a human rather than a random customer with an issue. It was a phenomenal customer experience and I highly recommend working with John and Norm Reeves Honda of Vista for service and repairs.

Went in for my first oil change and tire rotation, and waited in the showroom. The people were polite and professional, the surroundings were beautiful, and the wait was not long. All in all an enjoyable experience.

Ernesto Arellano was beyond helpful and very kind. Also, he was very informative, which i truly appreciated. Ernesto offered me a complementary ride back to work as I was getting service done there. I got an oil change and a transmission flush the same week and he helped me both times. I will definitely be asking for Ernesto the next time I go to Norm Reeves Honda Vista!

I bought a used car in Dec 2025 and traded in my vehicle. 3 months later I received a Toll Notice in the mail for my trade-in. I was told by the dealership that this can happen until the old car is sold and re-register. I went ahead and contacted the DMV directly to change the Title Transfer to the dealership. I think this is something the dealership should advise you to do at the point of sale. Very Disappointed

I don’t usually post reviews, but I felt compelled to share the extraordinary experience I had at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Vista’s service department. I brought my car in after the engine light came on, and from the very first phone call I was told to bring it in either that same day or early the next morning. My service advisor, Ramez, was incredibly helpful from the beginning. I was worried about what the repair might involve and whether it would be covered under warranty, and Ramez kept me informed every step of the way while working directly with the warranty company on my behalf. He later called to explain that the issue was damaged spark plugs causing misfires, and that all of them needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the repair wasn’t covered by the warranty, and I was responsible for the cost. At the time, I was already going through a difficult period both financially and personally, so this news was overwhelming. I was stressed, anxious, and unsure how I was going to handle it. Ramez suggested a payment option through Sunbit to help ease the burden, but that didn’t work out either. I eventually called him and told him I’d need to pick up my car and figure things out on my own. He strongly advised against driving it with the engine light on, explaining it could cause further damage, and told me he’d have the car parked safely until I could arrange a tow. I contacted my insurance company to tow the vehicle, and less than 15 minutes later I received a call and text from Ramez with incredible news. After speaking with his managers and explaining my situation, they came together and offered me what I can only describe as a miracle deal. I am beyond grateful to Ramez and his entire team for truly going above and beyond to help me when I needed it most. It’s rare to encounter this level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. There are good people out there, and Ramez is living proof of that. If you’re ever in need of service, Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Vista is the place to go. Ramez, thank you for your commitment, knowledge, professionalism, and—most of all—your willingness to help.

My partner and I had been searching for a new vehicle for about a month when we came across this dealership online. They had several options that matched what we were looking for. As soon as I submitted my contact information, Jessica called me right away. She answered our initial questions over the phone and promptly scheduled an in-person appointment for a week later. Since we were only going to be in the area for one day, she also made sure someone else would be available to assist us if she wasn’t. When we arrived, we were greeted and directed to Wendy, who had been referred by Jessica. Wendy was very pleasant and showed us the two vehicles we were seriously considering. We were upfront with her about the fact that we were also visiting other dealerships, and she truly listened to our needs and questions without any pressure. I was able to trade in my 2023 vehicle at a fair price, and overall, Wendy and her team worked with us to reach a deal that felt reasonable and transparent. They were not pushy, unlike some other sales experiences we’ve had at other dealerships, and the negotiation process was straightforward and respectful. I met the manager, which I cannot recall his name, but I met him once I had already made the purchase. I only dealt with Wendy, who would go back and forth to speak with her manager and the finance guy at the end. I cannot recall the name of the financing guy, but he was very pleasant and efficient as well. Overall, they were all pleasant and easy going. I will note that my partner and I did our homework ahead of time, we gathered quotes from other dealerships and were clear about what we wanted included in our purchase. We were also firm on what we didn’t want added onto the final costs. I believe that helped, and I’m confident this dealership will try to match competitive pricing in the area. I came into Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Vista with the intention of turning in my current vehicle and purchasing a new one. My sales consultant, Joseph, was great—very friendly, understanding, patient, and not pushy at all. I genuinely felt comfortable working with him and fully intended to buy a car through him. Unfortunately, my experience changed completely once the sales manager, Tommy, became involved. His approach was very aggressive and extremely pushy, which made me uncomfortable and took away from what had been a positive experience up until that point. The pressure tactics ultimately pushed me away from moving forward with the purchase. After giving it some thought, I decided not to do business with the dealership and ended up purchasing a vehicle from a different company instead. I appreciate Joseph’s professionalism and customer service, but the management interaction is the reason I chose not to move forward with Norm Reeves Honda.

Buying my new CRV from Oscar and Ghassan was pleasant and relatively quick for a purchase, trade and finance transaction. Minimal back and forth, they matched another dealer’s offer I had and then some.

Mike is always fantastic whenever I bring my car in for service at Honda. He’s super nice, friendly, and genuinely makes you feel like you can trust him. He takes the time to explain things clearly and makes the whole process stress-free. I always feel confident leaving my car in his care, and I’d choose to work with him every time. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Norman Reeve Honda in Vista for a tire replacement, oil change, and tire rotation, and the experience was simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the valet guy Freddy greeted me warmly and made sure I felt at ease about the entire process. He introduced me to my service advisor, PABLO BARBOSA BERMEJO who was an absolute gem—thorough, kind, and incredibly helpful. Pablo not only took the time to explain everything in detail, but he also introduced me to the service director of the facility, Philip Rosales. When I asked for a final check on my oil levels and everything under the hood, PABLO BARBOSA BERMEJO went above and beyond, personally making sure everything was perfect. PABLO went the extra mile yet again. After everything was supposedly done, I asked him if he could just double-check the oil levels and everything under the hood. Without hesitation, he personally took the car back, double-checked the oil pan, and PABALO even took the time to re-check the torque on the oil pan bolt to make sure it was perfectly secured He really went above and beyon He truly deserves six stars ! John was super friendly & set up ride shares for me to get home & pick up my car.

My representative was extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. The service was completed timely and efficiently. He went the extra mile in having it washed as well.

Staff was understanding and worked with my needs. The experience was great. I generally do not go to the dealership, but I had an emergency and was out of town. My mechanic strongly suggested I take the car to the dealership because I have a hybrid. I am glad I did. Mike was especially helpful.

They definitely take advantage and overcharge. I came for a simple oil change for an almost brand new car with no issues and ended up getting charged $500+. I called and they were able to refund for the unnecessary service and they gave a lyft back and forth.
